• Ticket Delivery PolicyWe don't ship anything.
• Organizer AgreementWhat organizers agree to when they list on TapMyTicket: fees, payouts, KYC, and your duties to buyers.
• Resale TermsFan resale is capped at the ticket's face value, so nobody profits from touting.
• Grievance OfficerIf we haven't solved a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer, as required by the Information Technology Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the DPDP Act, 2023.
