Ticket Delivery Policy

Last updated 18 October 2026 · 2 min read

DRAFT – to be reviewed by a lawyer

We don't ship anything. Every ticket is a digital e-ticket, delivered to your account and email within minutes of a confirmed payment.

1. How tickets are delivered

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your ticket appears in My Tickets and we email it to you. If you gave us your WhatsApp number, we also send the confirmation on WhatsApp. This usually takes less than a minute, and never more than 30 minutes.

Free tickets (RSVPs) are delivered the same way, straight after you book.

2. No physical shipping

TapMyTicket sells digital tickets for events. Nothing is posted or couriered, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

3. What your ticket looks like

Most tickets show a live QR code that changes every 15 seconds and works offline on your phone. Some events, such as melas and free events, use a printable QR code; the event page says which. Tickets bought at the venue's box office are issued on the spot.

4. If your ticket hasn't arrived

First check My Tickets after logging in with the same email, and your spam folder. If money left your account but there is no ticket after 30 minutes, contact us with the payment reference. If the payment didn't complete, it is refunded automatically within 5–7 working days.

5. Transfers and resale

When a ticket is transferred or resold, the new holder gets a brand-new ticket in their account and the old one stops working. See our Resale Terms.
