If we haven't solved a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer, as required by the Information Technology Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the DPDP Act, 2023.
1. How to raise a grievance
Email admin@tapmyticket.com with the subject "Grievance", use our Contact form and choose "Complaint", or write to the address below.
2. What to include
Your name, email or phone, the booking ID (if any), what happened, and what you would like us to do. Screenshots help.
3. Timelines
We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours, give you a reference number and a copy of your complaint as we recorded it, and resolve it within 15 days at the latest. Complaints about unlawful content, including content showing a person in an intimate or sexual way without consent and deepfakes, and orders from a court or the government, are acted on within the shorter times set by the IT Rules, as amended in 2026, which can be as short as a few hours.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can approach the National Consumer Helpline (call 1915 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in), a consumer commission, or for personal-data complaints, the Data Protection Board of India.
